In this episode Paula Christie, CDN’s Research and Enhancement Lead, chats to Jackie Galbraith, Principal and CEO, West Lothian College, about the recently published CDN Research and Enhancement Centre report: ‘Pathways from Poverty, Leading With Empathy and Vision: An Insight into West Lothian College.’
The main theme of this report is the whole college approach and ethos of West Lothian in terms of leading with empathy and vision, and within this podcast Jackie shares methods that were used to embed this across the college and community.
